Its high flexibility makes IMB Water Heater suitable for use as backup and peak load boilers in heating power plants and combined heat and power plants. Continuous flame construction ends in the flue gas reversal chamber or in the economizer of the water heater, leading to the first smoke tube.
The first and second smoke tubes are free from flow fittings. Highly functional customized design ensures optimal pressure resistance. The furnace, water space volume, and radiant and convective heating surfaces are perfectly dimensioned and matched.
The fully hinged front boiler door, with hinges on the desired right or left. The entire cross-sectional boiler pieces can be accessed freely. This facilitates maintenance, cleaning, and inspection. High-quality rock wool insulation with a density of 100 covers the entire boiler body, and special thermal insulation material on the front door keeps heat loss to a negligible level.
If desired, heat can be supplied with integrated flue gas or condensing heat exchanger. Equipment level. IMB heating boilers are supplied as fully operational units, including equipment.
