The Riello 40 GS series of one-stage gas burners is a complete product range developed to meet every demand for home heating. The Riello 40 GS series is available in four different models, with outputs ranging from 11 to 220 kW, divided into four different structures. All models use the same components designed by Riello. High-quality standards ensure safe operation. Riello 40 GS burners are equipped with a microprocessor-based control box with diagnostic functions. Special attention was given to reducing noise, ease of installation and adjustment to make them as compact as possible to fit all types of boilers available in the market. All models comply with European Standard EN 676 and European Directives for EMC, Low Voltage.

The Riello 40 GSD series of two-stage gas burners is a complete product range developed to meet every demand for home heating. The Riello 40 GSD series is available in two different models, with outputs ranging from 41 to 220 kW, divided into two different structures. All models use the same components designed by Riello for the Riello 40 GSD series. High-quality standards ensure safe operation. Special attention was given to reducing noise, ease of installation and adjustment to make them as compact as possible to fit all types of boilers available in the market. All models comply with European Standard EN 676 and European Directives for EMC, Low Voltage, Gas Appliances, and Boiler Efficiency. All Riello 40 GSD burners are tested before leaving the factory.

The GAS/2 series of burners cover a firing range from 130 to 3200 kW and are designed for use in civil installations with average dimensions, such as residential buildings and large apartment complexes, or for use in industrial applications, such as small or medium-sized factories. The operation is two-stage; the combustion head, which can be adjusted according to the required output, allows optimal performance to ensure good combustion and reduced fuel consumption. The main features of these burners are their reliability due to their simple and robust construction, allowing operation without specific maintenance interventions. Simplified maintenance is achieved with a sliding bar system, allowing easy access to all the crucial components of the combustion head. All electrical components are easily accessible by simply lowering the protective panel.

GAS 5 P / M

The P/M GAS series covers a firing range from 130 to 4885 kW. Operations are displayed by either a two-stage progressive operation or full modulation, with an advanced modulation control system and probes. The P/M GAS series burners are highly suitable for applications that require control flexibility (processes, steam, cooling absorption) where variable output is needed. Due to their sheet metal construction, they are specifically suitable for rugged conditions. Simplified maintenance is achieved with a sliding rod that allows access to the combustion head without removing the burner from the boiler.

RS 50 / E MZ

The RS/E-EV MZ burner series covers a firing range from 44 to 2650 kW and is based on the new Digital Burner Management System, Riello REC27, capable of managing the air-fuel ratio through independent servomotors to achieve perfect output control and ensure proper combustion and safe operation across all modulation ranges. Operations can be either "two-stage progressive" or, alternatively, "modulating" with the installation of PID logic controllers and individual probes. The RS/E MZ burner series ensures high efficiency in various applications, reducing fuel consumption and operational costs. The RS 250/EV MZ model, equipped with REC37, is available to operate with Variable Speed Drive technology based on Frequency Inverter control, which modifies air intake through motor speed variation.

The PRESS G burner series covers a firing range from 107 to 1660 kW and is designed for use in civil installations with average dimensions, such as residential buildings and large apartment complexes, or for use in industrial applications, such as small or medium-sized factories.
