Gas sprayer head makes an across angle with the main combustion-supporting air, formed by several equally distributed nozzles on the periphery of the central air diffuser. This ensures intensive mixing of air and gas and decreases discharges.
According to the boiler hearth size, the flame length and diameter may be set by adjusting the angle of the secondary air cyclone plate. This function is specially provided for different manufacturers' boiler hearths.
There are various control modes available. The standard configuration is the mechanical scale. However, it can be set according to different operation demands, such as the electronic-scale oxygen controller, electronic-scale control dual-fuel combustion system, etc.
