The Riello 40 GS/M series of gas burners is a comprehensive range of products designed to meet the demands of gas burners for hot air generator according to EN 1020. This series is an addition to the Riello 40 gas series that has been successfully used in the field of residential heating and soft industrial applications worldwide. There are two different models of the Riello 40 GS/M series with outputs ranging from 42 to 194 kW, divided into two different structures. The basic version of these models has two-stage progressive operation, while a simple modification by adding a component can obtain modulating operation with a rate of 1:4. The burners are supplied with air fuel ratio control gas trains. Special attention was paid during the development of these burners to the ease of installation and adjustment, maintaining the smallest possible size and achieving high performance for modulating operation to fit into any sort of application available in the market. The RS/E-EV MZ burner series is a range of burners designed for use in low or medium temperature hot water boilers, hot air or steam boilers, and diathermic oil boilers. With a firing range from 44 to 2650 kW, these burners are equipped with a new digital burner management system called the Riello REC27. This system uses independent servomotors to manage the air-fuel ratio, ensuring perfect output control and safe operation across the entire modulation range. The burners can be operated in two-stage progressive or modulating mode, with the installation of a PID logic regulator and probes. The RS/E MZ burners offer high efficiency levels, reducing fuel consumption and running costs.
