The PRESS P/N series of burners offers a powerful and versatile solution for commercial and industrial installations. With a firing range spanning from 800 to 5130 kW, these burners provide a high level of performance to meet the heating demands of a wide range of applications. Designed in three versions, the PRESS P/N burners are capable of burning oils with different viscosities, ranging from 7 to 60°E @ 50°C. This adaptability allows for efficient combustion across various fuel types and ensures compatibility with different heating systems. The operation of the burners can be either "two stage progressive" or "modulating." In the two-stage progressive mode, the burners provide precise control over the combustion process in two stages. Alternatively, by installing a PID logic regulator and respective probes, the burners can operate in a modulating mode. This modulating capability guarantees a turn-down ratio of 3:1, allowing for flexible and efficient operation to match varying load conditions. The versatility of the PRESS P/N series makes it well-suited for use in steam boilers with wide variations in load factors, thermal oil boilers, and boilers in specific heating plants such as hospitals or similar facilities. The burners offer reliable and responsive performance in applications where heating demands may fluctuate significantly. Simplified maintenance is a key feature of the PRESS P/N burners. The Riello designed slide bar system allows easy access to all essential components of the combustion head. This design streamlines routine maintenance and servicing, reducing downtime and ensuring optimal performance.

The Heavy oil burner series P/NA represents an advancement in heavy oil modulating burners, specifically designed to address the challenges associated with burning heavy fuels, including vegetable oil. This new range incorporates innovative technology, replacing the traditional mechanical atomizing method with "assisted" air/steam atomizing at a feed pressure of 5-8 bar. By adopting this approach, the burners offer several advantages, including improved combustion performance, reduced particulate emissions, and lower NOx emissions. The upgraded design of the P/NA series burners ensures reliable and efficient combustion even when dealing with low-quality fuels. These burners are capable of meeting stringent emissions regulations and delivering optimal performance. The capacity range of the burners is well-suited for applications in steam generators designed to produce 1 to 6 tons/hr of steam or equivalent capacities in other types of boilers. To ensure reliable ignition, a dedicated LPG pilot burner is installed within the combustion head. This pilot burner guarantees smooth and consistent ignition, enhancing overall burner performance. The control system of the P/NA burners is equipped with comprehensive safety and operation interlocks. This feature ensures the burners can be configured to comply with the latest design standards, such as EN 267, UL 296, and others, making them suitable for global installations. Optional features can be requested to align with specific regulatory requirements.
